CardCredit Payment System
With the CardCredit meal and fee payment system, parents can deposit money into their child's meal account and pay fees online. You can pre-pay lunch for a week, a month, or even a full year in advance - it's up to you. Your child then inputs his or her 5-digit PIN number in the lunch line, and the cost of the transaction is debited from the account automatically.

Once you establish an account with SPS EZpay, your child's outstanding fees will appear automatically for you to pay. Fees for the school year will be posted in mid-August. You can then use your credit or debit card to pay the fees and top-up your child's meal account, all in a single transaction. To encourage use of this quick and easy system, parents of middle and high school students will be able to pick up their child's class schedule more quickly by bringing an e-mail confirmation of their fee payment to the school in August. Those not wishing to use CardCredit may still pay with cash or check in person at the buildings.

Signing up for a CardCredit account is easy:

STEP 1. Locate your child's student ID number.This 5-digit number is printed on report cards, interims, and is also the number your child has been using for the PRO-Ohio practice testing.*Note: the student ID number is different from the 5-digit PIN number your child will use in the lunch line.

If you do not know your child's student ID number, you can retrieve it by accessing one of his or her report cards or interim reports via the CardCampus Parent Portal.

STEP 2. Log in to the Mentor Schools SPS EZpay site.Follow the instructions to create your account and input your child's 5-digitstudent ID numberand last name when prompted.When you add money to your child's account, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the deposit.


CHECKING YOUR BALANCE:There are two ways to check the balance of meal money in your child's account. One is to log in to SPS EZpay, where the balance will display on the main screen. A second is to log in to the CardCampus Parent Portal. In the left column, beneath your child's name, a selection option showing"Account #0000"will be displayed, where the four zeroes in the example will be an actual number specific to your child. Click on this to display the balance sheet, which will indicate your current balance along with any deposits you have made. This is also where you will see what items your child has purchased.
