Starting on Monday, November 5th, all visitors who enter the building must present their driver’s license OR state-issued ID at the Main Office (or window). Visitors will be required to exchange their driver's license OR state-issued ID for a lanyard with an accompanying visitor's badge, if you will be entering the building beyond the Main Office.  Upon leaving the building, the visitor will return the lanyard and visitor's badge and receive his/her driver’s license OR state-issued ID back.   [ for more]

Mentor Public Schools had the honor of naming the Ridge Elementary School Gymnasium in memory of a man who touched the lives of so many people in our Mentor Schools community, Dr. Steve Heller, in a dedication ceremony among his family and friends on September 11. Dr. Heller was a member of our team of professionals for more than 35 years -- he brought so much joy and passion to our school community in all of his various roles - teacher, principal and coach. We are proud to have the Dr. Stephen R. Heller Gymnasium in Mentor Schools to let his legacy continue to have a positive impact on students for years to come.
