Here is a message from Mentor High School Student Government President Trevor Pugh:
Hello Mentor Community!
My name is Trevor Pugh and I am the current Student Government President at Mentor High School. I am reaching out to you today in need of your support!
Nearly 35,000 people in Lake County have been classified as food insecure. With your help, Student Government strives to combat this problem. Every year Student Government works with United Way’s Feed Lake County Food Drive. What Student Government would like to do is expand our efforts beyond the walls of Mentor High because it’s more than just a high school’s duty, it’s the community’s civic duty to help out those in need!
If you would like to help our food drive, you can sign up for a food collection box, that will be personally decorated by our group, to be placed at your business for you and your co-workers to put food items in! You can sign-up two different ways. You can email Student Government at this email address with your business name, address, and phone number, or you can click the link found here to sign up on our google sheet!
Priority Sign Ups End Feb. 4 if you would like a box delivered by Friday, Feb. 5th. All sign ups close February 11th for final box deliveries on Feb. 12th! Thank you for watching, and I hope to see your business help Student Government Feed Lake County!
