Grant Application Documents

To request a grant from the Mentor Schools Foundation, you must complete a Grant Application and then submit the application to the Mentor Public Schools Assistant Superintendent.

The Grant Application will be reviewed by the Assistant Superintendent and the Superintendent prior to being submitted to the Mentor Schools Foundation for consideration.
After a grant has been awarded and at the completion of the project or if the project is ongoing, by the end of the relevant school year, the Mentor Schools Foundation requests that the applicant complete the MSF Grant Award Report.

The applicant may also be asked to speak to the trustees about the project at a later date.

Because of the demand and expense, Mentor Schools Foundation will no longer accept technology grant applications. The Mentor Schools Foundation will only provide funding for districtwide technology initiatives as coordinated through administration.
