Change in Online Payment Method for Mentor Schools
Many parents and guardians use our online payment method to pay for school fees, our WeCare program, school lunches and more. We are writing today to inform you of a small change in how these payments will need to be made moving forward.
Mentor Schools is making a switch to the Infinite Campus Online Payment system (rather than the EZpay system) to start the 2018-2019 school year. We already use Infinite Campus for our student data system, so making this move will provide full integration of all student data. This means you will now be able to make your online payments through the same Infinite Campus Parent Portal you already have access to for your child(ren)’s school information.
With this change, parents and guardians can use their Parent Portal accounts to conveniently log on and view individual or family meal account balances, sign up to receive low balance e-mail notifications, and view daily meal purchases in real time. Of course, the Parent Portal also allows you to view your student’s other information, such as attendance and grades, as you have always been able to do in the past.
The Infinite Campus Online Payment system is a payment processing solution that allows you to submit food service and school-related fees 24/7 via the Parent Portal. Payments can be made for one child or the entire household.
Account balances can also be viewed via the Campus Mobile Portal app. The app can be downloaded free from iTunes, Google Play or Amazon, depending on your device.
Secondary student schedules will be visible through Infinite Campus on August 8th at 4:00 pm., and Elementary class assignments will be visible on August 13th at 4:00 pm. Fees can be paid online.
For those who do not use online payments, checks or cash will continue to be accepted at the individual school buildings or the Board Office. Credit card payments will only be accepted through the online payment system.
