Parent/Guardian:


It is almost time to register your child for We Care for the 2024-2025 school year!  ONLINE registration begins MONDAY, JUNE 3rd at 9:00 AM


To register your child for We Care:

  • Go into your Parent Portal
  • Go to STUDENT STORE
  • Select your child’s Elementary School, click SHOP  
  • Click on WE CARE PROGRAM
  • Click PRODUCTS 
  • WE CARE REGISTRATION will appear, click VIEW and complete the required fields
  • Select your child’s name
  • Add the $35 registration fee to your cart, complete, sign and SUBMIT the registration form, and make your payment. 

Once the registration has been verified by the We Care office, the $100 prepayment of hours invoice will be added to the account and must be paid promptly.  


To pay the $100/prepayment of hours:

  • Go into your Parent Portal
  • FEES, click on the student name
  • Put the invoice in the cart and complete the payment.

All steps must be completed in order for your child to be registered for We Care.  All PAST DUE We Care invoices must be paid BEFORE a student can be registered for the new school year.

 

When registering, if a message alerts you that the designated spaces are filled, you will be directed to a waitlist. Complete the form and you will be contacted by the We Care Coordinator as soon as space allows.


The annual registration fee this school year is $35 (maximum of $70/family).  The hourly rate for We Care is increasing to $5.00/hour - after the first hour (AM and PM are separate) the rate is prorated on the quarter hour ($1.25).  Please refer to the information available through this website for all updated information (times, payment information, etc).  Your child is not registered until the online registration AND payments are received.

MAKING PAYMENTS TO YOUR STUDENT'S ACTIVE WE CARE ACCOUNTS (NOT NEW REGISTRATIONS, PLEASE - follow next set of payment instructions)
 
  1. Sign into the Parent Portal
  2. Click on OPTIONAL FEES and your child’s name
  3. Click on WE CARE ADJUSTABLE
  4. Click on ADD TO CART
  5. Go To MY CART to enter the AMOUNT you want to pay.
  6. Complete the payment per screen instructions.
 
If you are having issues making payments this way, please contact the We Care office to put an invoice on the account to pay through FEES:
 

EXISTING (NEW REGISTRATIONS)/PAST DUE INVOICES:

1- Sign into the parent portal.

2- Click on FEES.

3- Click on the existing invoice(s) on your child’s account you are going to pay and put it in the cart. (If there are no invoices posted, please call the We Care office).

4- Complete payment instructions.

Parents:  Go into the parent portal/INFINITE CAMPUS > FEES > ALL, pull up each child

individually > put in school year (i.e. 2022-23 and 2023-24 if you need the payments made in 2023) > PAID > PRINT.  You will have to highlight and add the We Care payments. TAX ID# 34-6001858
