We are excited to share some of the new opportunities we have available at Mentor Public Schools for local businesses. We believe these new opportunities will not only help result in a reduction of expenses for the district/community, but also provide businesses an additional avenue to connect with our district!

Mentor Board of Education Selects New Superintendent

The Board of Education is pleased to announce Mr. Craig Heath has accepted the offer to become superintendent of Mentor Public Schools, and the Board looks to formally appoint him at June’s regularly scheduled meeting.  Mr. Heath would then officially begin as superintendent on August 1, 2022.

MHS Partnership Luncheon

At this inaugural luncheon, we recognized 5 community partners who have helped foster new opportunities for students in our district.

Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame

This year Mentor inducted 6 individuals into the Mentor High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame for the 2022 year. Congratulations to Lawrence Clement Sr Class of 1962, Pamela Jones Tice Class of 1967, Karen Blankshaen Class of 1982, Michelle Hamlett Farley Class of 1992, Craig D. Sundstrom Class of 2003 and Alison Reilly Lutes Class of 2011.
